BURROUGHS
Steely Dan. Nova Mob. Thin White Rope. “Interzone”. The Soft Machine. Matching
Mole. Heavy Metal. 23 Skidoo. The Soft Boys. Bandas, géneros, canções, nomeados a
seguir, no "fold-in", no "inching", no "drop-in"), menos técnicas literárias do que telescópios
mentais ("When you cut into the present the future leaks out") e estratégia de guerrilha
“máquinas de controlo” (“Smash the control images. Smash the control machine”).
A
acidente, autor de Naked Lunch e The Nova Trilogy, proto-inventor do "sampling":

VINTAGE (CLXXVI)
Nancy Sinatra - "Let Me Kiss You!" (Morrissey)
La Belle et la Bête - real. Jean Cocteau (1946)
There's a place in the sun for anyone
Who has the will
Chase one and I think I found mine
Yes, I do believe I have found mine
Who has the will
Chase one and I think I found mine
Yes, I do believe I have found mine
So, close your eyes
And think of someone you physically admire
And let me kiss you
Let me kiss you
And think of someone you physically admire
And let me kiss you
Let me kiss you
I zigzagged all over America
And I cannot find a safety haven
Say, would you let me cry on your shoulder?
I've heard that you'd try anything twice
And I cannot find a safety haven
Say, would you let me cry on your shoulder?
I've heard that you'd try anything twice
Close your eyes...
But then you, you open your eyes
And you see someone that you physically despise
But my heart is open
My heart is open to you
And you see someone that you physically despise
But my heart is open
My heart is open to you
