OLD (QUITE) WEIRD AMERICA

"Orvon Gene Autry (September 29, 1907 – October 2, 1998) was an American performer who gained fame as "The Singing Cowboy" on the radio, in movies and on television for more than three decades beginning in the 1930s.

Autry created the Cowboy Code, or Cowboy Commandments, in response to his young radio listeners aspiring to emulate him. Under his code, the Cowboy:

1 - must never shoot first, hit a smaller man, or take unfair advantage.
2 - must never go back on his word, or a trust confided in him.
3 - must always tell the truth.
4 - must be gentle with children, the elderly and animals.
5 - must not advocate or possess racially or religiously intolerant ideas.
6 - must help people in distress.
7 - must be a good worker.
8 - must keep himself clean in thought, speech, action and personal habits.
9 - must respect women, parents and his nation's laws.
10 - is a patriot"

First of all I would like to say great blog!
I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head
before writing. I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts in
getting my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in
writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying
to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?
Thank you!
